Terms of use of the store

ORDERS

All products are determined in terms of weight, colors and technical characteristics by the respective Construction Company. Product photos are sample and the color of the final product may differ.

The order is made by the Sales Department of the online store "CET-WELDING", which is responsible for the distribution and delivery of products.

The buyer must be informed about the technical characteristics of the products before ordering them and has the right to ask us about them. Any information on our part, concerns technical or other information and is made with every reservation.

Orders are shipped, as long as the product is available, within 48 hours and delivery depends on the mileage, or the mediation of weekends or holidays. The transport company is solely responsible for the delivery.

In case the order is not sent as agreed, the customer has every right to cancel it and receive the amount he paid back, if he paid in advance.

 

PRICES

The prices of the products are visible after the registration and approval of the customer and are clearly and close to each product, and include VAT 24% only those products that are not mentioned in   POL 1150 "  article 39A. Our store reserves the right to change the prices of its products without notice, when necessary. The customer, once he has confirmed his order, ensures that he will receive the product at the price at which he "accepted" the transaction, even if the price changes in the process.

 

The shipping charge is determined according to the current pricing policy of the transport companies.

 

SHIPPING / TRANSPORT

The goods travel under the responsibility of the transport company.

CET-WELDING is not responsible for transfers that have been delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather events, etc.) .

In case of loss of the parcel, the customer must contact the transport company, as well as inform us immediately about the event. 

From the moment the goods are received from our store, on behalf of the buyer, either by himself or by his representative or transport company, we are released from any responsibility for delay, loss, destruction, theft or damage of their products or packaging.

 

OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Issues of provision of Guarantee of goods and any return for any reason, are determined by the current provisions of Greek Law and the provisions of Directives of the European Union.

 

Greek and European Legislation ensures the rights of consumers with Laws and Directives such as N2251 / 94 (Government Gazette 191 / 16-11-1994), AK §534, §537, §540 and §554, §555 as amended by N3043 / 2002.

 

" CET-WELDING " must deliver all goods in excellent condition. If a product is not in excellent condition, the buyer has the right to return it.

 

The Guarantees of all products, which are intended for the European Union, are required to be covered by the respective official representatives. Otherwise " CET-WELDING " must cover the Warranty.

 

Returns of products that do not present a problem are charged to the buyer (such as shipping, handling or inspection costs).

 

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP / PROPERTY RIGHTS

Until the final payment of the goods, they remain the property of " CET-WELDING ".

 

PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY

If no payment method has been defined, then COD is on delivery. The appropriate and acceptable payment methods are the following:

 

1.  Cash receipt from our store / warehouse. ATTENTION : The transactions of traders over 500 euros (including VAT), will be done through the banking system.

 

2.  Deposit in an account of Piraeus Bank.

 

3.PayPal

 

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

The CET-WELDING store   undertakes that all personal data submitted to it (Name, Address, Telephones, Email Address, etc.) are registered (accessible) by authorized employees, strictly and only for the strict subject to management, notification to third parties and are not used for purposes other than advertising of our store. Cases of decisions of prosecutors, courts or other public authorities are excluded from this.

 

RESERVATIONS

" CET-WELDING " cannot be blamed, for any damage can be caused by products that it distributes and markets and which are covered by European safety rules. The buyer must be informed about the correct way of use and the precautions of the products.

 

LEGAL RIGHTS

For any transaction made with " CET-WELDING ", the Legislation of Greece applies and it is agreed that the competent authorities for the resolution of disputes are the Courts of Athens.

 

RETURNS

Product photos are sample and the color of the final product may differ. Returns or product replacements (eg due to color) are accepted only after consultation and as long as the product has not been opened or used.

Also, returns are not accepted, in cases of wear or damage to the packaging.

The cost of Shipping, of all products returned to the Company, is borne by the buyer.

" CET-WELDING " reserves the right not to accept product returns when it deems that there are special reasons.

 

CLARIFICATIONS

By confirming each order electronically, it is understood that all terms are fully understood and unreservedly accepted.

Any question, clarification or unclear understanding of the shipping, payment and warranty terms currently mentioned should be clarified by the buyer, requesting additional details in writing. After sending / receiving an order, no disagreement with the above terms is accepted.
